The present sale is made with legal warranty of quality, which is, however, limited to the Integri-T coverage period of three-year. At the end of the three-year period from the deed of sale, the sale will be deemed to have been made without any legal warranty of quality, at the buyer's risk. The garage has been converted into storage and is currently not suitable for a car, but it can easily and inexpensively be converted back into a garage.
