What is the “Lifestyle” feature for? How can you get the most out of it to simplify your search? Follow our step-by-step guide to find the property that’s right for you.
Go to the Centris.ca home page.
In the search bar, enter the city or region that appeals to you. To the right of the search bar is a blue magnifying glass. Click on it.
Various drop-down buttons will appear, including the “Lifestyle” feature. The drop-down menu lets you filter your Centris.ca search by choosing from a range of criteria. Choose what’s most important to you in the following three categories: transportation, access to services and character. Choose between pedestrian friendly, transit friendly and car friendly. Select any number of services: grocery stores, elementary schools, restaurants and many more. As for the character of your future neighbourhood, you can choose between quiet and vibrancy. You may want the best of both worlds, but you’ll need to narrow the field somehow!
In addition to being able to apply specific search criteria, another benefit of the “Lifestyle” feature is being able to save them, which will make your search even easier: there’s no need to enter your search criteria every time since they are automatically saved from your last visit to Centris.ca.
