Visits are only possible on Fridays between 3.30pm and 4pm.* Prospective tenants must provide residence and employment references and have a credit history satisfactory to the landlord. * Pets will not be accepted. * No smoking (tobacco, cannabis or other substances in the unit). * The cost of repairing damage other than normal wear and tear will be charged to the tenant. * The tenant may not paint or wallpaper without the authorization of the landlord or his representative. * At the end of the lease, the tenant must return the apartment as it was at the beginning of the lease.
