Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that any and all material, information in text, graphical, audio and video forms, images, reports, articles, data, databases, charts, graphics, photographs, illustrations, maps, interfaces, web pages, text, files, software, product names, company names, trademarks, logos, and trade names contained on the Website (collectively the “Content”), including the manner in which the Content is presented or appears and all information relating thereto, are protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights, and are the exclusive property of Centris, its partners, licensors, co-contractors, or any other person who has authorized Centris to use its information. In addition, you agree that you are solely responsible for actions and communications undertaken or transmitted in the course of your usage of this Website, and that you shall comply with all laws that apply or may apply to use of or activities on this Website or in respect of the Content. Centris may investigate occurrences that may violate such laws, and may notify and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users involved in such violations, and such investigation and cooperation shall not be construed as violating the provisions of these Terms.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be interpreted as necessary to carry out the intention of the parties and the other provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect.
