Profile by Trustii gives you complete control over your personal information. You choose who to share your verification results with and you can revoke access at any time.

When registering on Profile by Trustii, you will need to provide information such as your full name, date of birth and address. This information is required to formally identify you and perform the required verifications. Some verification services may request additional information, but you will always have the opportunity to inquire about the nature and reason for these requests.
The initiative behind Profile aims to maximize control over sharing your information. Any sensitive data you share with Profile is securely stored in Trustii’s database, which is fully encrypted using AES-256. What's more, all the communications in transit are protected end-to-end by HTTPS 256-bit encryption. Trustii complies with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and meet SOC 2 standards.
Trustii does not set an expiry date. It is up to the landlord to judge the validity of the report based on their own tolerance regarding the last verification date displayed for each service. However, it is up to the tenant to be transparent and to notify the owner if their situation changes significantly and no longer corresponds to the verifications done in the past.
Your credit score will not be affected if the credit check is performed as part of a pre-rental screening.
