Located on the 3rd floor of a heritage building in Montreal, this condo was completely redesigned and renovated in 2018 by Montreal design studio La Firme, mandated to redevelop the existing space while preserving its original characteristics. The result is a timeless space where the industrial character has been preserved, without compromising on the quality of materials and the functionality of the premises. A cadastral operation is currently planned, which aims to legally separate condo #301 from neighboring unit #302.
