Located in a former candy factory dating back to 1895, this spacious 2,164 square feet condo is a true feast for the eyes. The third floor of this heritage building in Montreal was completely redesigned and renovated in 2018 by the Montreal-based design studio La Firme, which was tasked with revamping the existing space while preserving its original features. The result is a timeless space where the industrial character has been retained without compromising on the quality of materials and functionality. The space consists of two units, 301 and 302, which can be used independently or integrated, depending on the purpose.
