WOW Digital 2026: Centris.ca at the top of the real estate sector

Centris is proud to have once again ranked first in the real estate sector according to the WOW Digital 2026 study conducted by Leger. Each year, this study ranks the best online customer experiences based on recognized performance indicators. Centris obtained a WOW Digital score of 77.1, the highest in its category.

Number 1 in real estate

The platform particularly stood out for its information search and numerous filters, as well as its simple and smooth navigation. Combined with clear property descriptions and a wealth of resources, tools, and photos, these advantages facilitate user autonomy online.

The WOW Digital 2026 study broadened its horizons by adding 7 new dimensions to the existing 14. Centris.ca confirmed its leading position by coming out on top in 13 of these 21 criteria. In addition, the platform achieved the highest score in 6 of the 7 new dimensions, particularly for clarity of information, security, and help tools.

The site also stands out with an excellent Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +44, the highest score in the industry.

Methodology

The WOW Digital study evaluates the online customer experience of 346 companies in 27 industries, based on feedback from approximately 300 Canadian respondents aged 16 and older, all of whom visited the platform in the last 12 months. The survey was conducted from October 8 to December 4, 2025, and measured factors such as offerings, experience, and support provided.
