Selling Sunset is about a luxury Los Angeles-based real estate agency known as the Oppenheim Group. Owned and managed by twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim, the brokerage also employs several other high-profile real estate agents such as Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Christine Quinn, Davina Potratz, Maya Vander, Heather Young, Emma Hernan, Vanessa Villela and Amanza Smith. The show follows the agents as they seek out high-end real estate contracts, host glamorous open houses, show beautiful homes to wealthy clients all while competing with each other along the way. This show is for you if you like sunny destinations, high end fashion, and luxury real estate. There are four seasons available for streaming on Netflix.

2. The World’s Most Extraordinary Homes

In this show, award-winning architect Piers Taylor and actress Caroline Quentin travel the world touring unconventional residential properties that feature unique architecture, design and structural elements. This show is for you if you are a design enthusiast eager to see some of the most astounding properties in the world. This show is available for streaming on Netflix.

3. Tiny House Nation

Tiny House Nation is a tiny house movement-inspired series. Each episode features renovation experts John Weisbarth and Zack Giffin assisting families around the United States to build their desired houses that are no bigger than 500 square feet (46 m2). This show is for you if you are a minimalist who strives to reduce your carbon footprint, or someone who is interested in what it means to live “off grid.” There are five seasons available for streaming on Netflix.

4. Million Dollar Beach House

Million Dollar Beach House is a reality show series about a group of young, hungry, up-and-coming real estate agents who work for the Nest Seekers International real estate agency in the Hamptons. The show documents their private lives as well as their efforts to sell posh coastline listings. This show is for you if you are interested in east coast luxury, high end cottages or what it takes to make it in the competitive luxury real estate market. There is one season available for streaming on Netflix.

5. The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties

This French reality show, originally known as “L’Agence” in French and produced by TF1, follows the lives of the Boulogne-based Kretz family and their independent luxury real estate agency Kretz & Partners. Led by power couple Olivier and Sandrine Kretz, the family-run agency employs the couple’s sons Martin, Valentin, and Louis as agents. It also includes youngest son Raphael and the family matriarch Marjo. This show is for you if you love French chateaus or want to see what half a million euros can buy you in Paris. L’Agence is available for streaming on Netflix.

6. Grand Designs

Grand Designs is a UK-based reality show that follows ambitious homebuilders as they design and construct the house of their dreams. Whether it is building on the side of a crumbling cliff or renovating a 200-year-old mill, host Kevin McCloud guides viewers through a variety of interesting home construction projects.
