This is a fully equipped gym, currently operating with a select clientele. While a full turn-key sublease is possible for the entire space, the current tenant would consider sub-leasing a part of the gym during select hours (daily, weekly, or other), on a recurring basis, for private training or specific classes or just one-on-one with your personal trainer...; very flexible; conditions are negotiable.
