OUTDOOR LIVING & GOLF -- SEASONAL RENTAL The preferred lease period is from May 1st, 2025 to October 31st, 2025. Any changes to these dates will be at the discretion of the lessor. A security deposit of $1,500 is required upon signing the summer seasonal lease. A professional cleaning will be completed prior to occupancy, at the lessor's expense. A final professional cleaning will be required at the end of the lease, at the tenant's expense. No smoking and pets prohibited.
