Acceptance of the Promise to Lease is conditional upon the Lessee successfully completing a credit screening at the Lessee's expense. The Lessee must provide, to the Lessor's satisfaction, a copy of the credit screening, an employment letter or reference, a recent pay stub, and up to two rental references. Rent is payable by Interac e-Transfer on the 1st of each month. Tenant liability insurance of $1,000,000 is required prior to occupancy. Hydro-Québec is the Lessee's responsibility. No smoking. No pets, unless authorized in writing. Excluded: electricity, telecommunications, appliances, washer, dryer, and shower curtain/rod.
