1. The LESSEE will provide a mandatory credit check at his expense to the LESSOR's satisfaction. 2. Proof of employment is mandatory. 3. Civil liability insurance of $2,000,000 throughout the occupancy. 4. Minimum lease of 12 months, no short-term rental, no subletting. 5. The consumption and cultivation of cannabis are prohibited. 6. Non-smoking, including vaping. 7. No pets. 8. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the LESSEE will allow ALL visit requests for potential tenants with 48-h notice. 9. No a/c unit in the condo; parking on the road.
