Occupancy on 1st June. - No pets; - No smoking, no cannabis - No short term lease, no sub-lease unless have the authority of the Lessor; - The Lessee should provide the confirmation of the Hydro Quebec transferred proof before moving in; - Proof of civil liability insurance ($2M) prior to possession - The Lessee will return in the same level of the cleanliness(other than normal wear and tear)in the end. - Tenant is not allowed to paint or make any modification without prior written consent from the Landlord. - Potential Tenant must read and agree to building's rules and regulations.
