The lease term for the premises could be 12 months or more. -No pets. -The LESSEE must not and will not allow anyone to smoke tobacco, grass or any other substance in any interior part of the premises, common areas or the property of which they are part. -No Airbnb or a similar short-term sublet will be considered a repudiating breach of the lease. -Proof of civil liability insurance ($ 2 M) and confirmation from Hydro-Quebec before possession. -Conditional on credit report verification and consent to verify form payment habits, referrals if necessary to owner satisfaction. -LESSEE is not allowed to sublet or transfer.
