No pets. No smoking inside the condo. No cannabis-related activities inside the condo. No Airbnb and no subletting. The tenant must provide a recent credit report. The tenant must obtain personal property insurance and liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000. Proof of insurance must be provided no later than the date of occupancy. The tenant is responsible for paying any fees charged by the condo association related to moving activities. The new tenants will pay $300 for moving in and $300 for moving out. The tenant must open a new electricity account for the unit upon move-in.
