Cottage was extended and had major renovations/improvements done throughout 2020-2023: Siding of the cottage was all redone, 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathrooms were added, sunken living room, stairs to go all the way down to the lake with lights were added, retaining wall for the driveway was built, additional insulation in attic and crawl-space, water filter installed under kitchen sink, chimney and fireplace completely replaced in 2023. Hot water tank replaced in 2025. As a resident, you also have exclusive access to a private beach and park, a community chalet for large gatherings, and a special rate to the nearby ski resort Mont Avalanche.
