Non-smoking (including marijuana)/drugs; - No pets; - No Airbnb; - Sublease is not allowed; - The tenant shall not grow marijuana; - The tenant should open hydro account prior to occupancy. * No repainting or installation of shelves or fixtures that could damage the walls or painting without landlord consent; * The premise must be given back in the same condition as when the tenant took possession. Cleaning shall be done upon the Lessee's departure; * Tenant(s) should provide landlord with proof of civil liability insurance.
