* The rental of furniture, cited in the general annex AG-05914 and not listed in the inclusions will be $400 per month for the duration of the lease. A security deposit for the furniture is required upon signing the lease and will be returned upon key handover. * A credit check is required for the prospective tenant(s).* The tenant must provide proof of tenant insurance for at least $2,000,000 for liability insurance at their own expense. * Any replacement or repair of a household appliance or electrical appliance will be at the Tenant's expense. * Snow removal and land maintenance will be at the Tenant's expense.
