All applicants must submit to a complete pre-rental inquery, credit check, investigation of their payment habits and verification of their rental history, and pay the fees if their rental promise was accepted. If the results were favorable to the owner and the latter wanted to sign a lease for him, the expenses incurred will be reimbursed to him on the 2nd month of rental upon remittance of the invoice for the fees paid. The proponent must read, understand, sign and submit to building regulations as well as municipal by-laws regarding the use of the premises, which will be attached to the lease.
