All applicants must submit to a full pre-rental survey, credit check, investigation of their payment habits and verification of their rental history, and pay the fees if their rental promise was accepted. If the results are favorable to the owner and the latter wanted to sign a lease for him, his disbursed fees will be reimbursed to him on the 2nd month of rental upon delivery of the invoice for the fees paid. The applicant must read, understand, sign and submit to the building regulations that will be attached to the lease.
