The group of lots forms a residential project that has already been subdivided and registered in the cadastre, each identified by its own lot number, in a strategic sector of Boisbriand. Although currently designated as agricultural land following a refusal by the CPTAQ in 1997 a refusal that applied at the time to a territory much larger than the one concerned by the present project, the context has evolved. A future application, this time targeted and limited solely to this already subdivided area for residential purposes, could receive a different response from the competent authorities.
