According to the regulations in force on December 5, 2025, the land could be constructible depending on the submitted project. Gradually from March 1, 2026, a new mapping of flood zones will be applied and will have the effect of prohibiting construction on this lot. Note that an activity being carried out on the land (permit obtained and construction started) in a flood zone (20-100 years) which is subject to a change in the delimitation and which, on the date of entry into effect of this change (March 1, 2026), will become impacted by the new flood zone, and can still proceed without further formality.
