All promises to purchase must remain open for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) hours from the time of submission. Each offer must be accompanied by a valid mortgage pre-approval letter issued by a recognized financial institution, confirming the buyer's financing capacity. Collaborating brokers acting without a signed brokerage contract with their client are required to verify and confirm their client's identity trhough a ID form.
