This garage may be purchased only by owners who already own a unit within the same building. If a purchaser does not own a unit in the building, it is the purchaser's responsibility to verify with the condominium syndicate whether access to and use of the garage is permitted, and under what conditions, for a non-owner of a unit in the building.
