However, the new generation mapping of flood zones HAS NOT YET COME INTO EFFECT and we still do not have any scheduled dates. Thus, THE SAME STANDARDS APPLY AS BEFORE in the 0-20 year high flow and 20-100 year low flow standards." Don't wait any longer and start your project before the new zones are applied! Note that a construction project with a permit that has started in a flood zone (20-100 years) can still be completed even if its zone changes.
