Land available for development to build four multifamily buildings, each with 16 units, for a total of 64 units: 32 three-and-a-half-bedroom units and 32 four-and-a-half-bedroom units. Architectural plans are included, and the project can be adapted or modified to suit the future owner's needs. The project is already well underway, with a significant portion of the preliminary excavation work completed and approximately 50% of the rear lot retaining walls already built. One 16-unit building has also received pre-approval for CMHC financing, with the possibility of transferring the financing as part of the sale of the business.
